Boys who aren't engaged in school become men who aren't engaged at work or in life. Schools that want to get ahead of this need more than a PSHE lesson. They need a whole-school approach grounded in what actually works with young men.

We support schools and multi-academy trusts to develop male engagement strategy, emotional resilience programmes, staff training, and mentoring system design built around your context, not a national template.

Advisory

Some challenges don't resolve in a day, a month, or a quarter. If you want expert strategic input over time accountability, refinement, and a trusted outside voice as your approach matures our retained advisory service gives your ongoing access to both founders.

Monthly advisory sessions, progress tracking, and reporting and evaluation are included. Retainer terms available on request.
